CNC axis description:

Y1, Y2,Y3,Y4 axis: controls the CNC axes of the cylinders on both sides. The V-axis table is electrical crowning.

2. Light Pole Bending Machine Details

The whole steel plate of tandem press brake light pole bending machine is welded, the stress is eliminated by the vibration after tempering sandblasted and sprayed with anti-rust paint. the machine frame is processed by imported CNC three-dimensional processing center, which ensures the parallelism and verticality of each installation.

1) Ram structure

Upper dynamic bending design, low noise, stable working condition
Y1, Y2,Y3,Y4 can be programmed separately and can work under partial load
The bottom dead point has pressure holding time, programmable to ensure the accuracy of different parts
With the function of slow speed control, the operator can control the workpiece better.
Extra-thick worktable:
Reduces the deformation of the worktable during bending, which is best for bending small parts at different positions on the worktable
A “C” plate mechanism is installed in throat to ensure the precision of the parts.

2) Hydraulic system

Electro-hydraulic servo synchronous control system, hydraulic system has overload overflow safety protection, oil level is clear and visual display, cylinder seals are imported parts with good quality and strong performance
Continuous operation under rated load, hydraulic system guarantees no leakage and stable processing, high precision.
Oil cylinder: 45 steel forging quality processing, inner hole fine boring, extrusion.
Piston rod: 45 steel forging quality processing, cylindrical chrome plated.
Imported linear magnetic railing ruler: The high accuracy guiding system can resist oil pollution, adopt severe environmental, position measurement system and hydraulic balance function, which can meet the needs of full length or eccentricity.

3) Electrical system

WEK Serie adopts Schneider (France) Components with high quality and stable performance to ensure the electrical components using time.
The towing of the foot switch USES the protection of the wire hose, steel wire and transparent plastic.
Adopts two sections arm to connect the controller to the machine body, which is more flexible and easier to operate.

3. Tandenm press brake special configuration for pole bending

Front Feeding Device:

Standard front feeding device for light pole bending machine is controlled by motor, but we also provide full automatic front feeding system controlled by CNC controller for clients as an optional configuration.

Back Feeding Device:

Standard back feeding device is controlled by motor, but we also provide full automatic back feeding system controlled by CNC controller for clients as an optional configuration.

Side Unloading Device:

Standard side unloading device is controlled by motor, but we also provide full automatic side unloading system controlled by CNC controller for clients as an optional configuration. Our side unloading device can connect with frame welding machine, which is convenient for clients to produce poles.
